 CHANEL 2017 PARIS-COSMOPOLITE FANTASY TWEED JACKET

“Cosmopolitan elegance and people from all over the world who’ve come to the Ritz. There were hundreds of dinners in the ’20s and ’30s, where women wore incredible things." This was Karl Lagerfeld’s inspiration behind the Chanel Pre Fall 2017 "Paris Cosmopolite" collection. The Ritz has sentimental meaning to the brand, Coco Chanel famously lived at the Ritz from 1937 throughout World War II, and passed away there in 1971. A collection ultimately inspired by those who would dress up for lunches at The Ritz in the 1920's and 30's, the Fantasy tweed jacket is perfect for modern day brunch dates.  BURBERRY YELLOW SUEDE DÉGRADÉ TRENCH COAT

This bright, statement trench coat is from Burberry's impressive Spring Summer 2015 collection, shaped by label’s CEO Christopher Bailey. The collection named "The Birds And The Bees"  showcased in London was brought to life by bright colours and fun oversized prints. This statement coat is a fabulous blend of a Burberry timeless piece with a modern and fun twist. 

CHANEL BLACK TWEED JUMPSUIT WITH RUCHING

Back in 2011, Karl Lagerfeld pulled off a controversial 'grunge' Chanel show, two concepts many never thought would accompany each other on the runway. The Chanel Fall 2011 collection blended the sophistication of Chanel tailoring with dark colours and more masculine silhouettes. We applaud Lagerfeld for his ability to add modern approaches to a brand some think to be too 'prim.' (Not us, the team at Mine & Yours lives for pink Chanel tweed.) CHRISTIAN DIOR J'ADIOR WHITE CROSSBODY FLAP BAG

The Christian Dior Spring/Summer 2017 debuted Maria Grazia Chiuri’s first collection for the Parisian brand. Chiuri is Dior's first ever female creative director and she did not disappoint. This season’s handbags payed homage to Christian Dior's fascination with using the famous phrase - "J'adior." This bag was a limited edition piece, making it even more valuable years later!
