Our first priority here will always be the health and safety of our community and team. We hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and well! Based on government guidance in British Columbia, we are super excited to announce we are opening our store for shopping appointments starting Tuesday May 19th. While the government has given us the green light to open, we have consciously decided to start with luxury private shopping appointments to further ensure the safety of our community. The team is committed to practicing protocols that will keep flattening the curve. We have been keeping up to date with the latest Public Health recommendations on how to re-open safely and we want you to know that we’ve put the following measures in place:
- Shopping will be by appointment only
- When booking shopping appointments you can book for yourself and two others
- All Staff will wear protective face masks and gloves
- Customers will have disposable gloves and face masks or the choice of luxury branded face masks to take home
- Hand sanitizer will be readily available upon arrival and departure
- Anti-bacterial wipe down of all handles and payment terminals will be done before each appointment
- Stickers indicating safe directional flow of the store
- Those who show signs of symptoms or illness will not be permitted entry into the store
THE MINE & YOURS SAFE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE:
- All customers will receive their choice of free disposable masks or luxury masks to wear or purchase. We’ve made special designer branded face masks - Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and more.
- All customers will receive complimentary hand painted, custom, red nail, gloves to take home.
- A private shopping experience with our styling and sales team, private shopping will still be available even when we fully re-open.
- Private Shopping Parties with our owner! You and up to four friends can book a private shopping appointment with Courtney. Complimentary champagne available while you shop!
