Workwear Wednesday: Life in Hot Pink

While everyone has their own unique style, sometimes, it’s nice to venture outside of our comfort zones and try something a little different. For this week’s work-wear look, I embraced that very idea by making this loose fit, hot pink dress the focal point of my outfit. I love the faux collar, pleating details, and the combination of hot pink and navy blue. Since the dress is already so vibrant, I stuck to a black palette for the rest of my outfit, opting for opaque tights and some patent leather to add another visual element.

As the dress is quite feminine, I thought that a pair of Mary-Jane style heels would be the perfect addition to the outfit. Complementing the patent heels, I opted for a large tote bag (the kind that can fit just about all of my office necessities and then some!) to finish up my look.
