Alexander McQueen

British designer Alexander McQueen is known as one of the fashion industry’s most valuable contributors and tragedies. Known as the ‘bad boy’ of fashion, McQueen worked as the Chief designer at Givenchy from 1996 - 2001 before founding his own label Alexander McQueen in 1992. His work has been described as controversial, theatrical, shocking, and imaginative. The fashion label is currently under the creative direction of Sarah Burton and has been since his death.
