Holiday Policies & Updates (2025/2026)

To help you shop confidently this season, we have outlined all key holiday policies, shipping timelines, and store updates below. Please review carefully to ensure your order arrives on time and meets your gifting needs.

1. “Send as a Gift” (Dec 3 - 24, 2025)

Make gifting effortless. When you select “Send as a gift” at checkout, our Shipping Team will:

  • Cover the product tag price and barcode with a clean white sticker
  • Include a Gift Receipt card in the order (eligible for our Holiday Exchange Policy)
  • Available for all orders placed Dec 3 - 24, 2025.

2. Holiday Exchange Policy (Jan 2 - 15, 2026)

Orders that include a Gift Receipt card (must be requested at checkout) are eligible for an exchange or store credit between Jan 2 - 15, 2026.

To qualify, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Mine & Yours tags still attached
  • Item is in the same condition as when purchased
  • Must include the Gift Receipt card

Exclusions: Purchases made during Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Online Returns/Exchanges
Please email orders@mineandyours.com to initiate.

  • Return shipments must be sent between Jan 2 - 15, 2025
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Clients must generate their own return label
  • Credit/exchange value excludes original shipping charges

3. Holiday Shipping Options

Express Shipping
Express shipping is now available within Canada for a flat rate of $45 CAD.

Shipping Cut-Off Dates
Orders placed prior to the dates below are estimated to arrive before Dec 25, 2025.

  • CANADA
    • Standard: Friday, Dec 12, 2025
    • Express: Monday, Dec 15, 2025
  • US & INTERNATIONAL
    • Standard: Friday, Dec 12, 2025

Orders placed after these dates will still be processed, but holiday delivery is not guaranteed.

Carrier Closures
All primary carriers will be closed on: Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1. Please factor these dates into your delivery expectations.

4. Store Operating Hours

Yorkville (Toronto)

  • Dec 24 (Christmas Eve): 10AM-5PM
  • Dec 26 (Boxing Day): 10AM-7PM
  • Dec 31 (New Year’s Eve): 11AM-5PM
  • Jan 1 (New Year’s Day): Closed

Davie (Vancouver)

  • Dec 24 (Christmas Eve): 10AM-4PM
  • Dec 26 (Boxing Day): 10AM-8PM
  • Dec 31 (New Year’s Eve): 11AM-4PM
  • Jan 1 (New Year’s Day): Closed

West 4th (Vancouver)

  • Dec 24 (Christmas Eve): 10AM-4PM
  • Dec 26 (Boxing Day): 10AM-7PM
  • Dec 31 (New Year’s Eve): 11AM-4PM
  • Jan 1 (New Year’s Day): Closed

5. Buying Hold (Dec 7, 2025 - Jan 10, 2026)

Our Buying Team is taking a seasonal pause from Dec 7, 2025 - Jan 10, 2026.

During this time:

  • Selling appointments are temporarily unavailable
  • For handbags, jewelry, and small leather goods, please email: sell@mineandyours.com or sellto@mineandyours.com
  • Drop-offs are accepted only for items with an existing quote

Mark your calendar:

  • Spring selling begins Jan 14, 2026
  • Selling appointments open for booking on Dec 31, 2025
