All items sold to Mine & Yours are Final Sale.

Upon signing this agreement, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of all the merchandise, and that to your best reasonable knowledge, you believe the items to be authentic.

Once pricing is agreed upon and payout option is confirmed, sold items are then property of Mine & Yours and must be purchased back at our retail price. Once cash or store credit payout is confirmed and paid out, the payout cannot be changed, altered or refunded.

Mine & Yours reserves the right to adjust the retail price of items to account for applicable third-party fees.

Fine jewelry appraisal service fee is $75, this fee is applicable if jewelry has no certification or receipts with matching serial numbers for item identification.

When authentication is required for items and store credit payout is chosen, same day tax-free trading credit can be issued and can be used by the client on the same day to complete a purchase. The item purchased with trading credit will be held until the sold item is verified as authentic via third-party authenticator. If the item sold is not compliant with authentication standards, you will be responsible to pay the remaining balance. 

If an item is determined as non-compliant to authentication standards, you will be required to pay the $75 authentication fee per item ($250 for select Hermes bags) and pay the remaining balance (if applicable).

Non-compliant items will be held for 10 days at the store and then donated after 2 attempted contacts.

If at any point, after purchase, your item is deemed non-compliant to authentication standards,  we will return the item to you and require our payment returned.
