AUTHENTICATION

 

Our buying team first evaluates the condition of each item and ensures it includes the necessary identifiers for authentication before providing an initial quote.

Once the seller confirms their preferred payout option, the item undergoes a thorough authentication process conducted by our in-house specialists, a trusted third-party partner, or a combination of both.

Items deemed non-compliant will be returned to the supplier promptly or donated if unclaimed after two weeks. A $75 authentication fee will apply (extra charges for Hermès items).

We try not to rush the process. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for authentication and payout.
