If your order is flagged during the NoFraud inspection (e.g. your shipping and billing information does not match), NoFraud will reach out to you directly via text or email verify your details. During this time, your item(s) will be on hold.

To avoid any delays, please ensure your billing name, address, and phone number match the information that appears on your credit card statement. If not, your order may be delayed or cancelled. In this event, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
