Please familiarise yourself with our shipping & delivery policy before placing an order.

SHIPPING POLICY
  • All shipments within Canada and the United States are shipped via Canada Post, while most international shipments are also handled by Canada Post.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. 
  • Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number for confirmation via email. For all tracking inquiries please contact the shipping company directly. 
  • Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. 
  • Mine & Yours is not responsible for deliveries made outside the estimated timeframe.
  • If a client requires expedited, express shipping or a special service for an order, they can reach out to orders@mineandyours.com for a custom quote. 
  • Please note that Mine & Yours products ship from multiple locations within British Columbia and Ontario and the rates are per shipment. If an online order includes items from multiple locations, the rate will be calculated at checkout. 
CANADIAN SHIPPING

All Orders Over $500.00 CAD = Free

  • Tracked standard shipping is available for $20.00 CAD per location
  • Shipping costs on heavy items (such as fur coats) is $40.00 CAD
  • Delivery time is typically within 3-10 business days 
IN-STORE PICK-UP

In-store pick-up is available at the location an item is in-stock at.

  • It is free of charge
  • Please allow 48 hours to process an order before pick-up
  • If you purchase multiple items that are in-stock at different locations, in-store pick-up will not be available at checkout
US SHIPPING

Orders Over $750.00 CAD = Free

  • Tracked standard shipping is available for $30.00 CAD per location
  • Shipping costs on heavy items (such as fur coats) is $60.00 CAD
  • Delivery time is typically within 5-10 business days 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Tracked Standard Shipping = $100.00 - $130.00 CAD depending on the destination.

  • All shipments are automatically insured up to $100.00 CAD

Please note, If you require an order to be fully insured before shipping, you should purchase Route Package Protection at checkout. The insurance fee will vary according to the value of the purchase. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a return or order cancellation.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

What is Route Package Protection?
Route Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what.

How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

Do I Need to Use Route?
No, Route Package Protection is not mandatory. However Mine & Yours is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items if you choose to decline it.
